I tried to draw our house for you. Somehow it wasn´t as easy as I would have imagined. I almost went insane. Every time I looked again, it appeared a little bit different. Maybe because the sun moves on and casts different shadows? I hope you still get an impression.

The rehearsal room is in the basement. Until recently it was home to woodlice and earwigs. We threw out all the old junk, lined the walls with mattresses, laid carpet, put up pretty lamps. After all, you have to be comfortable to be creative. Hans is not yet satisfied with how the room sounds. He knows a lot about frequencies and room modes and stuff like that and wants to make the acoustics even better. But already the room is our sacred refuge.

On the ground floor is the big kitchen, followed by the fireplace room and the winter garden. Sounds pretty fancy, I know. But honestly, everything is pretty run down. In winter it's clammy and damp, and in the summer we have a hard time keeping all the bugs and plants breaking through the rotten floorboards at bay. So you don't have to be too jealous. Till and Hans have their rooms in the left wing. Leo, Jin and I live on the upper floor. There are a few other rooms up there, even a library and a small tower. But no one has been there for years and I wouldn't bet on the rotten walls still supporting it
