I have an idea now why Leo let me in on the mystery about Till.

Last night, Keff suddenly showed up at my door. Asked, if I knew where Leo was? I didn't . She was nowhere to be found, neither in her room nor anywhere else in the house. Keff said she had left early when they were gathering mushrooms because she had gotten cold. But when he arrived here with the bros, he couldn't find her anywhere.

Would it have been my job to tell him that he probably won't see her again? As far as I can tell, Leo has never told any of her numerous playmates when lost interest in them. She has her own way of letting it sink in slowly. Without her being even there.

So after the mushroom hunt, Keff and the bros went right back to Leo hunt. If they were just a tiny bit more likeable, I might have accompanied them. Out of pity and solidarity, but of course with no hope of finding Leo. Yesterday at noon, Keff and his entourage left. Visibly unsettled and without saying goodbye. Jin and I immediately started to clean up the fireplace room and by now you can feel at home there again.

I guess Leo had already planned her departure the night before and that's why she told me about Till. Apparently thought it would be better if someone knew and could support Till if there was any problems. I think I'll ask him about it in the days to come.
